Hi, I’m Sarah

Sarah Razo is a licensed clinical social worker who earned her Masters in School Work from Loyola University of Chicago. She has over ten years of experience working with adults in all stages of life in non-profit and hospital settings. She specialized in working with people around trauma, eating disorders and disordered eating, chronic illness, and caregivers.

Sarah works with a person centered, relational approach and knows that our minds and bodies both affect how we move in the world. She utilizes both "top-down" cognitive based therapies as well as "bottom-up" somatic therapies to work towards each individual's goals. She has specific training in EMDR and somatic therapies and practices from HAES, anti-oppressive, LGBTQ+ affirming frameworks.
